The Makruzz is a fast, completely air-conditioned vessel that travels between Neil Island and Port Blair-Havelock. The main difference (apart from wearing a seat belt) is the enormous glass window that provides a stunning view of the ocean while you travel. It has an aircraft-like seating layout.
There are three different seat classifications available. The quickest cruise ship in the Andamans travels from Port Blair to Havelock on average in 90 minutes.
The ship arrived from Singapore in 2009 thanks to MAK Logistics. It can accommodate 280 passengers on its two decks. Along with operating the cruise ship Makruzz, MAK Logistics also runs the cruise ships Makruzz Gold and Makruzz Pearl.

The three-seat types offered by Makruzz are Premium Class, Deluxe Class, and Royal Class. The cost of these seats varies depending on the type of travel.
PREMIUM SEATS-
In Makruzz, there are 280 Luxury seats. There are four rows and a walkway every three seats. Although every seat has a sea view, the window seats have the best view. How then can I sit beside a window in Makruzz? Do you have that question in mind? Booking as early as you can is the only way to guarantee a window seat. We can reserve a window seat for you if one is available because we have access to Makruzz's seat selection system. According to first come, first served, seats are assigned.
DELUXE CLASS-
The top deck location of the deluxe class seats allows for a greater sea view. Three rows and 64 Deluxe seats are available. On the upper deck, directly in front of the premium seats, is where the ship's bridge or cockpit is located. You have more legroom and a better chance of getting a window seat in the deluxe class because there are fewer seats available.
ROYAL CLASS-
Want to experience what it's like to be a royal?
Travel in Makruzz's Royal class. It is very similar to traveling on an airplane in business class. With only 8 seats, it is a separate cabin. On the red carpet, there is a television and 8 plush pushback seats to make you feel pampered. The sea is clearly visible from every seat. In royal class, refreshments and drinks are provided for the duration of the trip.
The crew at your Service-
From the time you board till you get off the cruise, the crew will be there for you all the time to assist you with any service on board. If you feel dizzy or nauseous just ask for help from them they will assist you at the earliest.
Bonus tips from Our Experience before you book the Ferry Tickets-
1. According to your itinerary book your Ferry tickets first.
2. If you want to travel to Havelock or Neil Island on the day of Arrival then you should have 2 hour of window gap between your flight arrival and ferry departure and then book your ferry.
3. Fill in all the passenger’s details and head family details correctly and your tickets will be done within 2 hours. (This is standard operational time 10 am to 7 pm Mon to Sat).
4. Always choose 2 types of ferries by this you can experience 2 cruises on your Andaman Trip.
5 Do Not Delay in booking the ferry tickets because this is the most demanded and often booked service in Andaman.

IMPORTANT NOTE
All passengers are requested to keep up to date with current COVID restrictions in South Andaman as mandated by the District Commissioner, South Andaman.
It is advised that passengers keep at least one day additional as transit in Port Blair both on arrival and departure to facilitate for RTPCR report. Changes in Flight and Ferry timing etc.

Deluxe and Royal Class tickets issued to people after 1800 hrs for the next day's departure will not be entitled to the snack box on board.
Paid snacks are non-refundable if the tickets of Deluxe and Royal class have been canceled after 1800 Hrs for the next day's departure.
Please make sure the details are correct before booking your ticket. Correction of ‘Name’ is not permitted on the ticket once booked.
Tickets once rescheduled (with applicable rescheduling charges) will not be canceled or refunded.
Tickets are Non-Transferable and Non-Reroutable.
Tickets are valid only till the date of travel prior to departure.
Tickets for infants below 1 yrs. of age are non-chargeable.
CANCELLATION CHARGES
48 Hrs prior to departure - Rs150 + applicable taxes (Documentation Charges Per Ticket).
24 Hrs prior to Departure - 60% + applicable taxes.
Within 24 Hrs of Departure - NO REFUND.
BOARDING RULES
Passengers are not allowed to carry sharp articles like nail cutters, knives, explosives, inflammable goods, etc. in their handbags.
Consuming LIQUOR & SMOKING is NOT ALLOWED onboard the vessel by LAW.
Free Baggage Allowance is 25Kg as Registered Baggage.
Pets and animals not allowed onboard the ferry.
CHECK-IN RULES
Report at the jetty an 1 Hour before departure.
A hard copy of the ticket is mandatory during check-in.
Passengers should carry a PHOTO IDENTITY CARD like Adhaar Card pr Passport at the time of Check-In at the jetty.

The users also agree that it is their sole responsibility to ensure they are in possession of all the valid documents such as identity proof, passport, visa, etc. to undertake the travel with Makruzz in Andaman. User agrees that Makruzz shall, in no way be held liable, in case of the travellers inability to travel for not carrying valid travel documents.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
PSF (Passenger Service Fee) of Rs 50 per person, per tickets, are applicable.
Peak Season Supplement (From 1st Dec to 31st Jan every year) will be charged Rs 100/- per person, per ticket, per sector, for all classes. (Not applicable for infants and islanders)
LIABILITIES
Passengers will be responsible for their own belongings. Makruzz is not liable for any loss or damage caused to their belongings while on board.
Makruzz reserves the right to cancel or change the published voyage date and time for any official reason, in any manner or to any extent. We shall bear no liability for any loss that passengers may suffer or any consequences thereof, or in respect to any changes in schedule due to bad weather or technical reasons. In this case, passengers can either claim full refund or can reschedule their journey based on availability.
