Welcome to our Andaman Cabs Services LLP terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before you make a booking as they are legally binding. By making a booking with us, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

To make a booking with us, you can either visit our website andamancab.in, speak to one of our specialists by phone or visit our office in person. You will be required to provide some personal information and a deposit to secure your reservation. Deposits are non-refundable and will be taken as confirmation of your booking. The final balance of your trip must be paid at least 5 days prior to the date of arrival.

All prices quoted are in INR, and per person, unless otherwise COUNTRY. Prices might change as a result of fluctuations in currency, government taxes or fuel charges, or any changes in sightseeing entry costs as changed by the Department of Tourism in the Andaman Islands. Every effort will be made to inform clients of any changes that might affect their booking.

Should you wish to cancel your booking, you must inform us in writing. Your deposit is non-refundable, and the following cancellation charges will apply:

60 days or more Deposit only
30 days 50% of the total trip cost
15 -10 days 75% of the total trip cost
In less than 14 days 100% of total trip cost

In the rare event of us not being able to deliver your trip due to circumstances beyond our control, we will offer you a full refund of the trip price. Under no circumstances will we pay any other compensation.

Should you need to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible to minimize any impact on your travel plans. All amendments are subject to availability and may incur fees.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have all necessary travel documents such as Adhaar Cards, Visas, Passports, and any relevant health certificates. If you are denied entry into any country, you will be responsible for any costs incurred and no refund will be given.

We highly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including medical coverage for the duration of your trip. We will require proof of adequate coverage before you travel. It is also your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions and/or dietary requirements.

We do not accept any liability for the actions or omissions of third-party suppliers such as airlines and, hotels. Any arrangements made on your behalf with such providers are subject to their terms and conditions.

We are not responsible for any cancellation and rescheduling of a ferry which you have booked through us from our website. Yes indeed, we will let you know the changes in any circumstances as soon we get it from the services provider until then we are just a third-party service provider to you.

Should you have any complaints during your trip, please inform us or our local representative immediately. We will work to resolve any issues on your behalf. No refunds will be given for any unused services or for any complaints that were not brought to our attention during your trip.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the country in which the travel agency is incorporated.
